6.30PM: LOOKING BACK, LOOKING AHEAD (PT. 2) consists of ten short documentaries on Khmer Rouge history and reconciliation. Students from the Department of Media and Communication (DMC) at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) visit a market vendor, who remembers her family members that were killed under Pol Pot. A teacher recalls how he taught people to follow KR orders. Khmer students learn about the Holocaust during a trip to Germany.

(Followed by KAMPUCHEA: DEATH AND REBIRTH (1979, 90min), the must-see documentary with the first footage that was shot in Phnom Penh after liberation from the Khmer Rouge, at 8 PM.)
