- Bored of hearing NGO’s complaining about nepotism, conflict of interest and abuse of power in Cambodia. Pot calling the kettle black.
- You can’t say it’s true of all NGO’s the same way you can’t say it’s true of all government officials. But it’s no doubt rife in both camps
- Example: I know several NGO staffers with blue plates in private vehicles, I know several officials with green plates on private vehicles.
- Example: The government doesn’t have transparent bidding for land concessions, neither does the WHO for tenders.

- NGO’s are no doubt needed in Cambodia, but *some* need to spend more time executing solutions rather than pointing out problems.
