Forgive my shameless self-promotion, but pls consider adding my blog to your list. I’ve lived in Sihanoukville since 2006. The main impetus for my blog was to present SV in a more positive light and to occasionally vent my rather negative feelings about those barang who come here for the wrong reasons.
