The course:
This 5 week course will take you through all the necessary steps to build a business strategy and model; understand your customers and competitors; create a marketing plan; consider your pricing and get your product to market.

Who are you:
You are an entrepreneur with a great IT product and are looking for support to create a successful business. You have no or limited business background but want to learn the basic steps for business development.

Facilitator
Chris Wray has spent 30 years primarily in the technology industry. He started as a hardware, then software engineer, before becoming an Operations Director. He has worked with major mobile network operators and handset manufacturers, including Sharp, Panasonic, LG and Motorola across Asia, US and Europe.

Recently he has been an independent consultant on web development in retail and assisted various retailers build mobile Apps on Android, iPhone and tablet. He is also a Financial Services consultant in the Insurance and Banking sector and mentors start-up entrepreneurs.

Week 3 – Getting to market, supply chain and partnerships
Week 4 – Marketing and Operations
Week 5 – Finance
