Cooking for Change! Once a month, we gather those who want to taste and
to become acquainted with the cuisines and cultures from all around the globe.

On 25th May 2013, 6.30PM
we invite you to discover Laotian cuisine,
prepared by committed and passionate amateur cooks!

Revenues benefit “M’Lup Russey”. This NGO works on providing emergency foster-care to children
who have been separated from their families, with the aim of supporting their reintegretion into their biological families where appropriate.
The organization also supports young people who leave orphanages to start a safe and independent life.

Limited amounts of tickets (70 only) you can buy in advance at the Meta House Art cafe,
Tuesday-Friday (9:00 -12:00, and 16:00-23:00), Saturday & Sunday (16:00-23:00),

Chaew Mak Len gap nung pak (Roasted Tomato dipping sauce with steamed assorted vegetables)
Gang ped pak ( Red curry with eggplant, bamboo shoots, baby corn with basil)
Pad het gap woonsen (Stir fry assorted mushrooms with glass noodles)
Kao neaw (Sticky rice)
Kao neaw mak muang ( Sweet mango with coconut rice topped with roasted mung beans and black sesame seeds)
